Just played VOL 1 and its looking very very promising! The art, music, and sound work are all phenomenal and I look forward to seeing more in the future. Just from the preview for VOL 2 I can also tell the backgrounds will be stunning!
While the first build was quite short I will have to save my reservations for how the writing will turn out as more content is rolled out. Based on what you have detailed in other comments the adjustments to personalities should be a welcomed change based on feed back from the original FBTW.
That being said. Is there a way to join for closed play-testing when that rolls out? Do I need to be part of the server and wait for an announcement?

Great visuals and looks like a project to enjoy, only feed back is be careful with the Human protagonist, as i remember the original novel had so much feedback as they where very unlikeable. Think it was because they portrayed a human as a spoiled whiney crying child which became more annoying than entertaining to play. Be great if the human was likeable going forward.
And yeah, changing up Caelan’s personality is something we’ve done 🤔 while still trying to keep everything as cannon as possible, the MC is a little more submissive than normal; and that has been done for a very specific reason to come~ 😏
Xou’ll get to see a better depiction of these changes once VOLUME II rolls out, so let us know what xou think when the time comes 🙂
This novel was the best. I can't wait for more after reading chapter 6 of far beyond the world I've always wanted to see what happens between the black wolf

After this novel, I'm not going to lie, I had mixed feelings about this novel. But it's just the beginning. I hope to improve my opinion later.
On the one hand, I really love the visual, it looks fabulous, I also thought that they touched on the plot of the debt to the tribe was very good. What I didn't like so much were the personalities of the protagonists.

While keeping as close to Kael’s cannon as possible, we wanted to explore a different side of Vulgor, and for a relationship between him and Caelan to make sense, we needed to make Vul a little more aggressive than usual and for Caelan to become more submissive, so as the story continues, I hope that these changes make more sense 🙂

I was really bummed that I couldn’t pursue a relationship with Vulgor so I’m glad to see that someone is making that happen. Especially when I can tell that you and your team put in a lot of care and effort into making this project.
The VN's screen page theme reminds me a lot of the "Gats" theme from "Berserk". Sounds somewhat similar to it and ouch, Vulgor's really being aggressive with the verbal attacks. 😖
I was just scrolling down the page to read the comments and I scrolled a little too fast and saw a hidden message. Saying Congratulations...but at least try not to.
A damn good first VOL to a VN. Perfect writing, amazing Sprite and Background work. I love the intense dialogue and aura that is Vulgor, really elevates his character and shows you how truly tolerant of Caelan he is. The wait was definitely worth it guys, big props to you. If I'm raving about a small first build, I can guarantee that the rest is going to be a damn masterpiece

Sadly, I don’t think we’ll do anything else related to FBtW after this project is complete (But perhaps in the distant future?) as our team will instead be focused on creating an original story after ~Vulgor’s Exchange~
